Click 'Start' followed by 'Run'<BR/><BR/>2. In the wee box that pops up, type in 'msconfig' (without the quotes)<BR/><BR/>This will bring up the System Configuration Utility<BR/><BR/>3. Click on the 'Startup' tab<BR/><BR/>4. Untick the stuff you DON'T want to start up when you reboot your pc.<BR/><BR/>5. Click the 'Services' tab and have a look for anything that matches the things you don't want and untick them (its usually quicker to find them if you tick the 'hide all Microsoft services' box)<BR/><BR/>6. Click 'Ol'<BR/><BR/>7.
